Terms and Conditions

NA Promotions t/a New Age Promotions or NAP will not take responsibility for goods processed unless the following procedures are followed prior to production commence.

  • Orders are subject to stock availability
  • Branding will only commence once full payment has been received and artwork has been approved
  • Our terms are strictly 100% payment in full before dispatch / delivery / collection
  • NA Promotions t/a New Age Promotions or NAPdo not accept cheque deposits or cash deposits only EFT. Card facilities are available.
  • Cash deposits will incur bank charges at the current bank rate and will be for the depositors account – thus directly being deducted from the amount owned.
  • Proof of payments must be emailed directly from your bank – Proof of payments submitted by clients will be verified with our bank before we proceed with the order – please confirm with your consultant if your payment has been received / cleared. NA Promotions t/a New Age Promotions or NAPcannot be held responsible for missed deadlines if payments have not been confirmed or delayed by the banks.
  • Cancellation policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched.
  • Cancellation policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
  • NA Promotions t/a New Age Promotions or NAPis not responsible for shading variants on garments.
  • Delivery dates are applicable from the day after artwork approval and payment cleared – whichever is last
  • Delivery will depend on the branding process or processes, the time of the year, size and complexity of branding process and stock availability. Please also factor in time if delivery delays, riots, Acts of God and other unforeseen circumstances out of NA Promotions t/a New Age Promotions or NAP
  • Amendments made to proofs will result in delays of delivery dates. Should you require changes, we will issue a new layout for final proofing before production commence – Only 2 x changes to artwork is allowed as this is a costly exercise to rechange samples and any additional changes will be charged at normal set-up costs
  • Printing and Embroidery colours will be matched as close as possible to Pantone and / or thread codes or swatches provided by client. A 100% colour match cannot be guaranteed.
  • Unless specific dimensions or positioning of branding are given by the client, NA Promotions t/a New Age Promotions or NAPwill brand items as per industry standard.
  • Printing on metal or ceramic products is not guaranteed, and in time will come off
  • NA Promotions t/a New Age Promotions or NAPcannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once items leave our premises.
  • Goods purchased can be returned, on the condition that it is returned within 3 days of date of goods received. and is same packaging it was provided in – a returned item will not be refunded but will be posted as a credit to your account in addition, all returns / exchanges will be done subject to a 20% handling fee of the returned items selling price inclusive of VAT
  • No returns or exchanges on branded items please make sure that all items and artwork (colour, sizes, position, spelling, capital letters / other) are correct before branding
  • Worldwide and countrywide delivery is done at current courier rates.
  • Errors / Discrepancies are to be notified in writing within 3 days of delivery, or items will be deemed to be correct.
  • Production is expected to be between 7 – 10 working days from confirmation of artwork and payment and does not include weekends and public holidays. Complexity of orders, or volumes of orders might impact on this delivery period.
  • Large orders that will require more than the normal expected lead time will be given a delivery date as required.
  • Please supply your artwork in PDF vector or PNG (with transparent background) FILES – 600dpi or higher – Print ready files.
  • Artwork that requires re-drawing might incur additional costs.
  • Artwork costs will be invoiced for all cancelled orders where proofs have been sent.
  • We will not take responsibility for any colour differences if accurate CMYK / RGB colour tones were not provided.
  • The industry allows size difference of up to 2cm per garment of same size.
  • Samples will be charged for and cannot be returned for a refund.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that print work requested is not trademarked – Due to the volumes of trademarked items, we are not able to verify trademark on each and every print and cannot be held responsible for failure or deliberate attempt of any customer to reproduce and resell trademarked items.
